Shipping Policy

Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The delivery of our products will take at least 2-5 working business days. It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities.

While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details.

  1. Name of the recipient
  2. Flat number/bungalow number
  3. Name of the building
  4. Name of the road/street/marg
  5. Contact number landline/mobile
  6. Proper/familiar landmark
  7. Email address


Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. will attempt to deliver one time. If the said delivery is not successful, customer shall be charged for redelivery in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
  2. Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
  3. Refusal to accept products
  4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
  5. Incorrect contact details disabling the delivery personnel to reach the customer
  6. Force majeure event or civil disturbances event

Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically emailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Packages shipped by Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. is not insured against loss or damage. You need to check the parcel / packet while accepting the same.

Depending on the product availability, few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.

For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where specific delivery time-frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 30 days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us before placing the order.

Currently, we ship our products only within India across multiple cities.  If the location mentioned is not serviceable, we will inform you over mail.

Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel orders at anytime including but not limited to orders that are incorrectly priced or which Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. believes are harmful to Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. or any of its suppliers or vendors.

Returns & Refund Policy

Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. will accept exchange of the product purchased through the website www.hesthetic.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. All the refunds would be in the form of store credit only.
  • Buyer has to inform Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address.
  • Such broken goods should be sent to Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. only after written email consent from Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. to send back the product.
  • All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of product is received by Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd.. The courier charges for returning the broken cases will be borne by Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd..

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refund will be in the form of store credit:

  • If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if Hesthetic Life Pvt. Ltd. to ship the ordered products.
  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days.

The amount will be refunded in form of store credit.

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
  2. Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
  3. Refusal to accept products
  4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
  5. Force majeure event
  6. In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
